Program

Week 1
INTRO TO PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCT DISCOVERY

We will start with learning concepts of Users, their pains and product opportunities.

You will analyse real data to shape the first hypothesis. Also, you're free to bring your own product

Week 2
VALIDATING YOUR HYPOTHESIS

We will learn different ways of validating our hypothesis: user interviews, surveys, market analysis, other creative ways.

You'll practice with these techniques and analyse inputs from real users.

Week 3
360° OF YOUR PRODUCT

Once your hypothesis is validated, we'll move on to impact assessment, metrics, legal considerations, and marketing strategies. You'll also learn about different product explanation approaches and create your product documentation.

Week 4
DESIGNING YOUR PRODUCT

We'll break down your product into use cases and explore the creation of wireframes with practical advice and UX tips. You'll conduct usability testing on your flows to enhance them further.

Week 5
REVIEW WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND PRIORITIZATION

You'll pitch your product to our secret CEO for additional feedback. Upon receiving buy-in, we'll explore various prioritization techniques to empower you to make data-driven decisions for your next steps.

Week 6
PLANNING, DEVELOPING PRODUCT MINDSET OF YOUR TEAM & RELEASING

In the last session, we'll uncover how to get stuff done: planning methods, fostering a product mindset within your team, and assessing post-release impact.

You'll analyze A/B test results to determine the success of your product.
